According to the judgement passed by Hamburg
district court on 12 may 1998 (312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links"),
the owner of a website is responsible for the contents of "linked"
pages on external websites This can only be avoided, in the view of the court,
when the owner explicitly dissociates him- or herself from such contents.
Leisten Wagner GmbH & Co. KG herewith explicitly dissociates itself from
linked pages.
General Terms and Conditions - (German AGB)
Domestic delivery
Under 500, - Euro net goods value we calculate a cost of freight charge of 10%, but at least 20, - Euro.
From 500, - Euro net goods value delivery is free of charge. From 1500, - Euro net goods value we grant 5% discount. Express Delivery within 24 hours is possible for an extra charge of Euro 30,-.
Packaging
The product is packed in a handy bundles, depending on weight and size. The quantity of each bundle is contained in the detailed information. Shipment is only possible in full packaging units. For partial packages we charge a surcharge of Euro 10,-/bundle.
Returns
Returns received in original packaging and in complete bundles are remunerated subject to the deduction of 20% of the value of the goods. Freight costs incurred shall be borne by the sender.
Payment
If payment is made within 10 days from the invoice date, we grant a 2 % discount. Otherwise, payment within 30 days is net cash.
Delivery times
The deliveries are carried out at short notice from stock. Oiled boards are available within 8 working days.
Surfaces
Primed and white boards are supplied from the
factory encased with a high-quality primer foil or with a white primer.
Custom-made production
We manufacture any profile according to your
specifications from a length of 500 m. Special colours are possible. We are
looking forward to your inquiry. We reserve the right to make size changes and
minor profile deviations for technical production reasons.
